MAME Emulators for Windows. MAME (originally an acronym of Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator) is a free and open-source emulator designed to recreate the hardware of arcade game systems in software on modern personal computers and other platforms. The first public MAME release was by Nicola Salmoria on February 5, 1997. The description of MAME App. Arcade Games Emulator supported by original MAME 0.139u1plus some additional games from newer MAME versions. This version emulates over 2000 different romsets. Please, try to understand that that with that amount of games, some will run better than others and some might not even run with MAME4droid.
